Terms, privacy, and refunds
Clear boundaries for a private browser-based proof folder.
These terms explain what the product does, what it does not do, how browser-local tenant data works, and how support is handled.
Private by design
No tenant database. No account. No uploaded tenant records. PDFs, names, addresses and generated ZIP files are processed locally in your browser.
Terms of use
Landlord Deadline Pack 2026 is an independent browser-based admin/proof workflow. It helps generate a tenant-by-tenant proof folder with cover letters, email wording, proof logs, checklists and ZIP exports. You remain responsible for deciding what to send, when to send it, and whether any legal duty applies.
No legal, tax, or accounting advice
The app is not a solicitor, accountant, government service, HMRC-recognised filing product, or legal filing service. It does not decide tenancy status, legal scope, document validity, tax treatment, or filing obligations. Check GOV.UK and take professional advice if unsure.
What data does the tool collect?
The proof folder does not upload tenant names, tenant emails, property addresses, tenancy details, uploaded PDFs, or generated ZIP files to our servers.
Some access information may be stored in your browser so the paid proof folder can stay unlocked on that device/browser.
Where is tenant data processed?
Tenant/property data is processed locally in your browser.
For tenant/property data entered into the proof folder, the landlord/user controls the information they enter and keeps it in their own browser/downloaded files.
What data is handled by third parties?
Stripe processes payment information and customer email address for checkout/receipts.
For payment/customer email data, Stripe processes checkout/payment data. We may receive limited purchase information such as payment status, plan and customer email for access/support.
What data may we hold?
If someone buys or contacts support, we may hold limited customer/support information such as email address, payment plan, payment status, access token/session reference and support messages.
We do not hold tenant/property records entered into the browser tool.
Who is responsible for tenant records?
The landlord/user remains responsible for how they enter, store, download, send and retain tenant records.
You stay in control of your own tenant records and downloaded proof folder files.
Subject access and privacy requests
Email: support@vaultdevlabs.com
If you contact us or buy through Stripe, we may hold limited customer/support information such as your email address, payment plan and support messages.
We do not hold tenant/property records entered into the browser tool.
Security incidents
Because tenant/property data is not uploaded to our servers, we cannot access or breach tenant records entered into the tool.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting customer/support/payment-access data we control, we will investigate and take appropriate steps, including notifying affected users and regulators where legally required.
Payments and access
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. After payment, Stripe redirects back to the app and access is stored in that browser. If you clear browser storage or use another device, access may need manual support using your Stripe receipt.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds are normally considered where access failed, a duplicate purchase was made, or the product was materially unavailable. Refunds are not a substitute for legal or tax advice.
Support
For access or billing support, email support@vaultdevlabs.com with your Stripe receipt email, approximate purchase time, and a short description of the issue.
Admin/proof workflow only. Not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Not affiliated with GOV.UK, HMRC, or Companies House.
