Landlord Deadline Pack 2026 is not a government service, solicitor, accountant, or filing product. It helps you generate a tenant-by-tenant proof folder in your browser.
Does the app send emails to tenants?
No. It generates email wording and a clean ZIP you can save with your landlord records. You remain responsible for sending the official PDF as an attachment or hard copy and keeping evidence of actual sending.
Does the app verify the official Information Sheet?
No. The pack records PDF filename, file size, upload time, and SHA256 hash. Always download the current official PDF from GOV.UK before generating your proof folder.
Does the app collect my tenants' personal information?
No tenant/property records entered into the proof folder are uploaded to our servers. It runs in your browser and generates the pack locally. Stripe handles payment separately. You remain responsible for how you use, store and send your own tenant records.
Are you the data controller for my tenant records?
For tenant/property data entered into the proof folder, you control the information you enter and keep it in your own browser/downloaded files. We do not host or store that tenant data. We may hold limited customer/support/payment-access information if you buy or contact us.

Can I provide an accessible format?
Check GOV.UK if a tenant needs an accessible format. This workflow reminds users that the official PDF may still need to be provided as well.
Is the MTD add-on HMRC-recognised software?
No. The add-on is a record-prep spreadsheet-style tool only. It does not submit to HMRC and is not HMRC-recognised filing software.
Do I need to check EPC, gas safety, electrical safety, deposits, or How to Rent?
Those are separate landlord admin and compliance areas. The proof folder includes reminder columns for them, but it does not decide whether they apply or whether your documents are valid. Check GOV.UK or take professional advice if unsure.
What if checkout succeeds but access does not unlock?
Access is stored in your browser after Stripe redirects back to the app. If it does not unlock, email support@vaultdevlabs.com with your Stripe receipt email and approximate purchase time.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Because this is a digital admin/proof pack, refunds are normally considered where access failed, duplicate purchases were made, or the product was materially unavailable.
GOV.UK reminder
Use the current official Information Sheet from GOV.UK. A link alone may not be enough for the intended workflow; the pack is designed around uploading and recording the PDF file the landlord or agent has chosen to use.
