LDLandlord Deadline Pack2026 proof folder

Landlord deadline guide

31 May 2026 Information Sheet deadline: proof folder checklist

If the Renters' Rights Act Information Sheet workflow applies, the practical admin problem is simple: know who needs a copy, use the current official PDF, send it as an attachment or hard copy, and keep a record of what you did.

What this product helps with

Landlord Deadline Pack turns your tenant list and the official PDF into a clean ZIP containing email wording, printable cover letters, proof logs and checklist files. It is built for self-managing landlords and small letting agents who want a tenant-by-tenant evidence pack before the deadline.

Step 1

Check the tenancy route

Use the free routing questions to decide whether you should prepare the proof folder or check GOV.UK first.

Step 2

Use the official GOV.UK PDF

The pack asks you to upload the official PDF and records its filename, file size, upload date and SHA256 hash.

Step 3

Create tenant-by-tenant records

Generate email wording, cover letters, proof logs and checklist rows for each named tenant in your CSV or manual list.

Step 4

Keep your own sending evidence

The pack does not send emails or post documents. Keep proof of actual sending alongside the generated evidence pack.

No tenant database

Tenant/property details are processed locally in your browser. You do not need to send us tenant names, addresses, emails, uploaded PDFs or generated ZIP files.

This page is for admin planning only. It does not decide whether the requirement applies to your tenancy. Check GOV.UK if unsure.
